You’ll move through flowing sequences with options offered throughout—whether you’re building your foundation or looking to deepen your practice. Great for: Students with some yoga experience and adventurous beginners willing to listen to their bodies and take breaks when needed.

Level 2 Vinyasa

Stronger flows, deeper exploration, and more advanced options.

Level 2 Vinyasa is designed for experienced practitioners ready to refine their practice and explore more complex poses, transitions, and sequencing. Expect a stronger pace, fewer alignment breakdowns, and more nuanced movement with breath.

Great for: Students with a solid foundation in Vinyasa yoga, comfort with sun salutations, and a curiosity to challenge themselves.

Slow Flow

Mindful movement, steady breath, and space to explore.

This class offers a slower-paced approach to Vinyasa yoga, with intentional transitions, longer holds, and a focus on breath and alignment. Slow Flow is ideal for students who want to build strength, improve balance, and deepen body awareness without rushing. Expect mindful sequences, thoughtful cues, and a chance to move with intention.

Great for: Students of all levels who prefer a steady pace, enjoy balance challenges, or want time to refine their practice.

Hatha

Intentional movement, mindful breath, and a foundation that lasts.

Hatha is a steady, alignment-focused yoga class that emphasizes strength, mobility, and body awareness. You'll move through traditional postures at a slower pace, with time to refine alignment, explore breath, and connect inward. Poses are held longer, and props and modifications are encouraged to support your unique needs.

This class is accessible for beginners and offers depth for experienced students looking to build a strong, sustainable practice.

Great for: All levels—especially those who prefer a slower, more deliberate practice focused on form and inner awareness.

Gentle Hatha

Soft strength, steady breath, and space to listen inward.

Gentle Hatha is a slow-paced, mindful class that offers a supportive environment to explore movement, breath, and stillness. With a focus on alignment, ease, and the use of props, you'll be guided through accessible postures designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and calm the nervous system. This class encourages curiosity, patience, and self-awareness—helping you meet your body where it is, moment by moment.

Ideal for anyone looking for a grounded, nourishing practice that prioritizes presence over pushing.

Great for: All levels—especially those seeking a slower, more spacious approach to yoga that supports both body and mind.

Yin Yoga

Stillness, sensation, and space to go deep.

Yin is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper layers of the body—like fascia, joints, and connective tissue—through long-held, mostly floor-based poses. Each shape is held for several minutes, giving your body time to release tension and your mind space to settle. While the pace is gentle, the practice can be surprisingly intense, offering a different kind of challenge rooted in stillness, breath, and awareness.

This class complements more active yoga styles and is ideal for cultivating mobility, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.

Great for: All levels—especially those seeking a balance to a busy life or active practice, and anyone curious about going deeper without doing more.

Yoga Pilates Fusion

Strength, stability, and mobility—built mindfully.

This low-impact strength class blends yoga and Pilates to support a strong, balanced, and resilient body. With a focus on alignment, core activation, and functional movement, you’ll move through a mix of dynamic sequences and targeted holds that build strength, enhance mobility, and improve balance. Breath and mindful control are woven throughout to help you move with intention and reduce the risk of injury.

Accessible to all levels, this class is perfect for anyone looking to build strength with confidence and care.

Great for: All levels—especially those who want to increase strength and stability while maintaining mobility and mindfulness.

Restorative Yoga

Rest deeply, restore balance, and nourish your nervous system.

Restorative Yoga is a fully supported practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and invite deep rest. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll settle into a series of gentle, floor-based postures held for extended periods of time, allowing your body and mind to shift out of “doing” and into simply being. This class activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, recovery, and emotional regulation.

Restorative Yoga is a healing practice that supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being. No experience or flexibility required—just a willingness to slow down.

Great for: All levels—especially those seeking stress relief, nervous system support, or recovery from physical or mental fatigue.
