Grow Strong Hatha
Trying out Yoga for the first time? Start here.
This class is accessible for beginners and challenging for all levels of experience. You will build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. We will help you find the right level of challenge with props, pose variations and alignment practices.
Strong Flow Vinyasa
With fewer props and a faster pace, this class suits yoga students with some experience or beginners willing to respect where they are at. You will build strength and calm in this meditative flow with an emphasis on alignment to keep your joints safe. Intermediate and advanced postures are offered at a pace that matches the level of the students in class.
Gentle Care Hatha
Do you have an injury or want a slower pace? This class is for you. You will build strength and openness while respecting limitations to help soothe pain and stiffness. You will leave feeling renewed and peaceful.
Deep Stretch Yin
This class is great for anyone who feels stiff and wants to improve mobility. Stretch poses are held for several minutes(mainly on the floor) to help stimulate the deep connective tissues of the legs, hips, and lower spine. Yin Yoga taps into an intensity of sensation that can deepen your mindfulness and improve joint mobility.

Yoga Strong
This low-impact strength class is designed to help you build strength safely by targeting the major muscle groups in your body. With a focus on alignment and core activation, each session combines dynamic movements, static holds, and a blend of yoga and Pilates exercises to enhance strength, improve balance, and increase mobility. Accessible to all levels, this class allows you to build strength with confidence and care.
