Gather & Ground: A Seasonal Yoga Retreat
October 9-11, 2026 | Salishan Coastal Lodge – Gleneden Beach, Oregon Coast
Hosted by
Escape to Yoga, Breathe Yoga & Soulfully Amanda
Step away from the noise and into the rhythm of the ocean. Nestled where lush coastal forest meets the sand and sound of the waves, this Seasonal Retreat offers a peaceful pause to reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the steady support of community.
Over three nourishing days and two restful nights, we’ll gather in community for yoga, meditation, nature walks, sound healing, ceremony, and intentional rest. Inspired by the belief that we are all waves in the same ocean, this retreat offers a chance to remember your wholeness and move gently toward balance, healing, and spacious presence.
