Softening into Stillness...
Give yourself the gift of relaxation and restoration. Join us for an evening of gentle surrender, where the body is cradled in stillness and sound waves carry the mind into calm. Experience the therapeutic and nourishing power of sound, vibration, and frequency in this meditative sound healing journey.
Sound Healing has many restorative benefits. The intention is to relax the body and calm the mind. In this state of deep relaxation and stillness your body is naturally able to come back into balance. The frequencies of the singing bowls and other instruments can sooth and calm the nervous system, evoke altered states of awareness, reduce
stress, clear energetic blockages, and release stored trauma.

Thursday, January 1

Begin the new year with reflection rather than resolution. This 75-minute grounding Hatha practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and plant quiet seeds of intention.
Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, we’ll honor winter as a season of stillness — a time to nourish your inner soil, rest deeply, and listen for what’s ready to take root. Through slow, steady postures and mindful breath, we’ll cultivate presence and gently tend to the seeds you wish to nurture in the months ahead.
A peaceful, heart-centered practice to begin the year grounded, clear, and connected.
