Full Moon Flow
Friday, October 3rd with guest teacher Tammi Stevens
6-7:30 pm
*Register by 9/26 for discounted pricing $5 off
Member price $35; Regular $40
The full moon is an invitation to shine a light into the shadows and identify what is holding us back, what we can release, and an opportunity for emotional cleansing. In the Full Moon Flow, we connect mantras to each pose in our Vinyasa practice. The mantras are based on the specific month's full moon theme and are meant to awaken and inspire your power within. After the Vinyasa practice, we move into journaling to reflect on the insights gained and end with Restorative poses to help those insights settle into your mind and body.

Coastal Awakening Yoga Retreat
October 17–19, 2025
Salishan Coastal Lodge – Oregon Coast
Step away from the noise and into the rhythm of the sea. Nestled where lush coastal forest meets the sand and sound of the waves, the Coastal Awakening Yoga Retreat offers a peaceful pause to reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the steady support of community.
Over three nourishing days and two restful nights, we’ll gather in community for yoga, meditation, nature walks, sound healing, ceremony, and intentional rest. Inspired by the belief that we are all waves in the same ocean, this retreat offers a chance to remember your wholeness and move gently toward balance, healing, and spacious presence.

Balance Through the Lens of Ayurveda
Saturday October 25th
1-3:30 pm
*Register by 10/15 for discounted pricing $5 off
Member price $45; Regular price: $50
Join Jessica for a seasonal workshop series exploring balance through the wisdom of Ayurveda—yoga’s sister science of self-understanding and harmony.
This 2.5 hour experience will focus on the current season; how it shows up in body, mind, and behavior—and how to recognize when it’s in or out of balance.
We’ll begin with a lighthearted and informative “Foundations in 5” to introduce the essentials of Ayurveda—no prior experience needed. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your own nature and practical tools to support balance in the season, including mindful movement to cool and ground, breathwork and lifestyle tips to soothe energy, journaling prompts and simple daily rituals, and space for reflection and discussion.
Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or have some familiarity, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Each workshop in this series stands on its own—join us anytime.
