From Stillness to Stirring

This journey honors the moment when stillness begins to bloom.

The earth warming beneath our feet.
The first blossoms opening to the light.
The breath that deepens as life returns.
Not a push.
Not a leap.
A
soft unfolding into what is already alive within us.

Through sound, we invite:
• the nervous system to soften and open, like petals to the sun
• the body to feel safe enough to awaken and receive
• the blossoming stirrings of desire, creativity, and life force
to rise, stretch, and express themselves in their own rhythm

This is the season of becoming.

Experience the therapeutic and nourishing power of sound, vibration, and frequency in
this meditative sound healing event.

Sound Healing has many restorative benefits. The intention is to relax the body and
calm the mind. In this state of deep relaxation and stillness your body is naturally able
to come back into balance. The frequencies of the singing bowls and other instruments
can sooth and calm the nervous system, evoke altered states of awareness, reduce
stress, clear energetic blockages, and release stored trauma.

Restorative Yoga

Friday, March 13

6 - 7:15 pm

Included in memberships

Rest deeply, restore balance, and nourish your nervous system.

A fully supported practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and invite deep rest. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll settle into a series of gentle, floor-based postures held for extended periods of time—allowing your body and mind to shift out of “doing” and into simply being. This class activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, recovery, and emotional regulation.

Restorative Yoga is a healing practice that supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being. No experience or flexibility required—just a willingness to slow down.
